Warranty Terms & Refund Policy

  • Our products feature covers with Dead On Arrival Warranty (In-Case received Damaged or non working product).DOA should be claims within 2 days after delivery after that we will not responsible to coverage.
  • *Above warranty terms are applicable with POD Kits/Box mod Kits etc
  • As a re-seller/importer we are not responsible for any product’s warranty after using the product.customer is responsible to directly contact and claim warranty with manufacturer of the particular product.
    It is subjective due to scene of product ban the manufacturer is agreed for replacement or not but Vapemantra is only responsible for replacement in case of defective/damaged product delivery.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation and full refund can be done at any time before courier dispatch.
Once the order gets dispatched or picked by courier company can not be cancelled or refunded until customer send back the order at our warehouse with sealed courier bag.
Mentioned items are not eligible for returns.
Glass Tube/Unsealed liquid bottle/unsealed coil and pod pack.
shipping charges will be applicable in both cases-refund will be made after deduction of shipping charges and insurance charges ( if applicable).

Returns

  • A refund or exchange can be claimed within 2 days after delivery of the product. The claim will become void after that period.
  • In order to claim the refund or return, the item must be returned in an unused and new condition packed with original factory packaging by customer’s end.
  • Due to quality issue while receiving product at our warehouse with tempered packaging/unsealed will be re-shipped to customer’s address with notification mail.
  • All Items sold cannot be returned unless.

    • – Packaging Mistakes
    • Taste of E-Liquids are Subjective and choices vary person to person-we do not accept returns/replacement of e liquids in any case after unsealing bottle.

Refund

Refund in case of DOA/Factory defects-You will be acknowledged the receipt of your item via email once we receive it. On inspection of the item, you will be informed about approval or rejection of your refund via email. In case of approval, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or Store credit coupon. In case of rejection, same products will ship back on your shipment address.

Refund In-case of return shipment without DOA/without Factory defects-Customer will be responsible to deliver the product at our warehouse.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items are exchanged.  To exchange with the same item, send us an exchange request on In**@va********.com.

*Refund or Store credit coupon also may provided in-case of non availability of same product.

Exclusion

The following are NOT covered and are excluded from this warranty:

  • Tanks (please do not report us about spit back of leakage issue under warranty terms)how ever customer may write us for assistance and help to fix the problem.
  • Accessories in general – Coils, Batteries, chargers, Spare Pods/Cartridges ,replacement glass etc.
  • Disposable kits-Specially when used and worked then get burned taste or stopped working after successfully working.
  • Please remember, VapeMantra warranty covers only factory defects and delivery of Dead/Damaged Products. Any misuse, scratches, drop signs, misuse of batteries or chargers will void the warranty immediately.

VapeMantra is not responsible for

  • Abuse of any kind
  • Dropping the device
  • Scratches
  • Force Majeure
  • Items opened by another party
  • Items covered by another warranty
  • Vapemantra.com doesn’t provide any Warranty for any products like Kangertech, Aspire, Innokin, Joyetech ,Vaporesso, Smoktech, and other brands. The warranty is covered by Manufacturers of appropriate products and warranty card is supplied within the sealed box from manufacturer. It is your responsibility to keep the Warranty card safely.Coils and E-Liquids don’t comes under DOA(Dead On Arrival) terms.
  • Injuries of any kind resulting from use regardless of circumstance
  • Issues arising from alterations or modifications
  • Products with missing or defaced serial numbers.
  • Any changes of packaged accessories and design of packaging done by manufacturer without any notice.

E-Juices

No refunds. No returns. Taste is too subjective. Many e-liquids that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of an e-juice. We apologize for this in advance.

Due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if e liquids have been doctored / tampered with we are not able to accept returns of any e liquids whether they are unopened, unused or remain sealed unless we have sent you incorrect liquids in your order.

Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold VapeMantra harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Refund In-Case of RTO (Return to Origin)

We always wish that you receive your order package soon as possible but sometime due to any reasons like customer not available-non serviceable area,no delivery due to security reasons,or bad weather delay.if package gets returned to us in such cases we will initiate refund through payment gateway towards the original mode of payment upon receiving the order back at our warehouse.

Common Sense

Misuse, If an item if damaged because You didn’t know how to operate it/maintain it or you were “learning” it’s obviously not covered in any warranty , Vape gears aren’t a new Fridge or a TV set or a new mobile phone as their life span completely dependent on your knowledge base and whether you know the specs and the capabilities of these devices or not , Vaping in general is a hobby and you are expected to watch reviews / read tutorials and you research before placing an order .

Shipping Terms-

1) What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge is Rs 97/-₹. (Standard Shipping) *As per Guidelines of Airport Authority of India Batteries and e liqiuids can’t shipped in air courier.

2) What is the estimated delivery time?

Shipping will be done through our shipping partner and courier will be assigned according to serviceability of shipping address and ordered product.
Delivery time is usually 2 business day to Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/Goa locations after dispatch (Without battery products) and 3-4 business working days within South India and 4-7 working days to other areas in through standard air service but in exceptional case of it may take longer time because of offload/security issue at airport/flight delay or cancellation or Natural disaster.
Shipments Containing battery ships via ground Mode takes more time request you to cooperate with us as we also eager to deliver you the order soon as possible.

  • Vapemantra is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to Rainfall/Road blockage/Traffic condition/Natural disaster.

Order placed before 3.30 pm will dispatch same day and after that will be dispatched within 24 hours means next working day. (except Sunday and Public Holidays).

Please Note-Shipping address Can’t be changed after order dispatch.

3) After Shipping

We will Share tracking details with Courier name once we dispatch your order on your registered email address.once you receive tracking details please make followups with relevant courier fedex on 1800-419-4343 ,Delhivery courier- 0124 671 9500/Any other courier used or track online status on respective couriers website.

Please be noted Vapemantra is not responsible for any kind of delay in delivery because courier companies are having third party operations which is beyond our control hence customers are requested to contact delivering courier for updates on the shipment.

if your order does not reach you after 8 days please leave a mail on in**@va********.com with your order number in subject line.

4) In case of damaged product received.

in case of Dead on Arrival (DOA)/Damaged product/Manufacturing defect found please inform us on in**@va********.com within 2 days of item receipt and return us the product within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging.after the given time frame we cannot provide the replacement.after the inspection process same product will be provided in the exchange of damaged product or can offer refund/another product if the particular product no available in stock.

5) Wrong product ordered by customer’s Fault.

in Case any customer ordered wrong product by mistake or with some confusions we can exchange that (should be in unopened condition.Tempered packaging of any product is unaccepted and the same will be reshipped to customer’s address. In such wrong item ordered case customer is liable to send the product to our warehouse with own expense.shipping charges shall not be reimburse to customer .Note-Consumable Products like Coils,E-juices cannot be returned partially or in unsealed condition.

Taste of E-Liquids are Subjective and choices vary person to person-we do not accept returns/replacement of e liquids in any case after unsealing bottle.

6) product does not match as described. 

in such case we gladly accept return and replacement of wrong product with return shipping charges reimbursement (Max 100/-Rs) .Note-Product should be returned as in sealed condition in case of receiving different color/different model/different product from the ordered one.Consumable Products like Coils,E-juices cannot be returned partially.* Please note-Reverse Pickup May take 2-4 days.We cannot accept return if product used by customer.

Note- Customer have to borne State Entry Tax and Octroi  (if applicable).

7) Misplaced/Stolen Package During Transit by Courier Company

In case of non delivery of package and after confirmation from courier about misplaced package or non-trackable situation replacement of the same product will be shipped with new awb number to customer or customer can request for refund as that is our responsibility to deliver the package. * Replacement/Refund is only possible after confirmation the same from Courier Company until customer has to wait for the same.

Exclusion of service area-Sorry we could not ship the battery containing orders for Andaman and Nicobar islands.orders placed for this location will be cancelled and refunded.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
